Armughan manages asylum, business immigration, including Turkish business persons, deportation, unlawful detention, EEA, entry clearance, fresh claims, domestic violence, unaccompanied children and victims of trafficking.

Armughan has experience in Judicial Review challenges in all his specialist areas, as well as challenges to the age-assessment of unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and victims of modern slavery. He has vast experience in drafting grounds of appeal and Judicial Review challenges.

Armughan manages the immigration department and staff, providing advice and representation in relation to asylum, EEA applications, Entry Clearance Applications, appeals at the Immigration and Asylum Chambers, Judicial Review applications, Court of Appeal matters, Human Rights Applications and general Immigration matters.

Armughan often attends training courses and undertakes in-house training to update staff.  Armughan believes in keeping his knowledge up to date by reading current case laws, free movement articles, and immigration law updates. Armughan is a member of numerous immigration organisations.
