Naveed Ahmed is a Consultant at Vanguard Solicitors who specialises in immigration and Public law.

He obtained his Postgraduate Diploma in Law/CPE, London South Bank University and LLM specialising in Public Law from London South Bank University.

He was an associate member of the CILEX previously.

On the immigration side, he is experienced in dealing with complex immigration applications, statutory appeals, administrative reviews, judicial reviews, nationality applications, sponsor licence applications, costs litigation and applications, appeals under the EU Law.

He provides immigration advice to potential entrepreneurs and investors who wish to invest or start up a business in the UK.  He also acts for private clients who wish to study, work or bring their families over to the UK. For his business clients, Naveed works with a range of companies to provide strategic planning on hiring migrant workers, sponsorship licences and immigration compliance matters.

Ahmed is a native Urdu speaker but can also communicate with clients in Telugu and Hindi.
